Program description

The camp covers various topics in the field of intellectual property (IP) management and intellectual rights in the digital environment. Participants will study the key principles of ensuring the legal protection of innovative developments, including patents and copyrights, master patent and technological intelligence, and explore the examples of technology scouting and recruiting researchers. As part of the training, you will learn to make scientific and technology predictions, and identify the key assets of large companies.

With over 1,500 new patent applications appearing every day, patent information is becoming an important source of comprehensive data on the innovative development of specific technologies, business entities and individual sectors of the economy. As a single report, this data is able to provide an illustration of both national and global innovation systems. The results of patent analytics can be used to understand the competitive environment and build a new R&D strategy. Various state ministries and departments may also be interested in applying the results of the patent analysis in their work.
