• CV
• Passport/ID scanned copy

Once your documents are received, within several business days, you will receive a confirmation of admission and educational contract from your ITMO coordinator.

Pay your tuition fee at the official payment website:

1. Enter your educational contract number emailed to you by your ITMO coordinator.
2. Enter your valid email address you have used to contact ITMO University.
3. Tick the box "I agree with Privacy Policy"
4. Pay the tuition fee in Russian rubles.
5. Please forward the payment confirmation to Ms. Ekaterina Rassolenko at e.rassolenko@itmo.ru.

ITMO summer schools 2021 will be conducted online and will require a stable Internet connection, access to a computer and designated computer programs. All the required programs differ from school to school and are listed in the program on the chosen summer school’s web-page.

The studies will be held according to Moscow time (GMT +3). However, our professors will do their best to adjust to your time zone (e.g. video recordings, one-to-one consultations or even sometimes late evening classes). 

• Detailed instructions, meeting passwords and links in zoom will be sent to you several days before the classes start. 

• If you face any difficulties or challenges accessing the programs, feel free to ask ITMO professors or coordinators.
